Man charged over double stabbing at Central Middlesex Hospital

A 43-year-old man is due to appear in court today

A man has been charged with three counts of attempted murder, after two people were stabbed at a west London Hospital.

43-year-old Matteo Bottarelli, of Central Way, Park Royal, is also charged with two counts of threatening violence with a bladed article in a public place.

Armed officers were among those responding to call on Wednesday afternoon (21/06) that two people had been stabbed.

The men, who are in their 40's suffered stab wounds, their conditions are not thought to be life-threatening - but one victim's injuries could be life-changing.

Police say the third person who Mr Bottarelli is charged with attacking, didn't sustain any injuries

The incident isn't thought to be terror related.

Mr Bottarelli is due to appear in Willesden Magistrates Court today
