Man arrested for kidnapping after toddler taken from pram in London
He told the mother he would take it
A man has been arrested on suspicion of picking a child up from a pram and telling their mother that he would take it, the Metropolitan Police said.
The man was arrested in Bromley High Street, south London, for kidnapping after officers were called to a TK Maxx store on Wednesday.
The two-year-old child was recovered and the investigation is continuing.
