London dominates the top 20 list for lavish streets in the UK

There are 4,544 streets in London where the average home is valued at more than £1 million.
Not only does London have the most expensive streets in 2021, both in numbers and price, but also dominates the top 20 list in the UK.
A new study by Zoopla reveals there are nearly 1,800 more streets across Britain that fit this category - compared to a year ago.
The South East of England accounts for about half of the increase.
942 more million pound streets have been created there over the past year, compared with 262 in London.
Topping the list, for the 13th year in a row, Kensington Palace Gardens (W8) in London was identified as Britain's most expensive street.
Prospective home-buyers would find that properties there go for £32.4 million on average.
