Fan dies at Bromley v Yeovil match
The game was abandoned after a supporter falls ill
A fan's died at the National League game between Bromley and Yeovil Town.
The match was stopped after just six mintues so the supporter could get medical treatment after falling ill.
The game did re-start but was stopped again a few minutes later and the home side confirmed that their fan had died later in a statement, which read:
"Everyone at Bromley Football Club is deeply saddened by this news and we extend our heartfelt condolences to the supporter’s friends and family."
Yeovil Town have also issued a statement:
"We send our condolences to their family and friends at this difficult time. "
