Wirral Council Leader Phil Davies has set out his vision of the future of the borough in an interview with Radio City Talk journalist Mick Coyle.

He’s set out his long term goal of the Wirral hosting the Ryder Cup, fully utilising its Mersey waterfront, and securing billions in investment in infrastructure as part of a new Growth Company project.

He also criticised the Conservative government’s “appalling response” to the New Ferry disaster, and claims they have a “moral responsibility” to help rebuild the town.

And he gave details of a new attraction to arrive at Seacombe
