Two Liverpool men charged with Warrington attempted murder

Pair due to appear at magistrates today over incident on 24th April

Two Liverpool men are due before magistrates in Warrington today (Friday 8th May) over a shooting at Poplars Court in Orford just before 9pm on Friday 24th April.

The 23 and 25 year olds have been remanded in custody on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, one's also accused of possessing a prohibited firearm, ammo and intent to supply controlled drugs.

A man aged 55 was hurt in the incident and remains in hospital with leg injuries.

A third man who was arrested and charged over the shooting's due to reappear in court at Liverpool Crown Court on Wednesday the 27th of May, he's aged 22.
