Travel chaos as Storm Doris batters Merseyside
Train delays, flight diversions and road closures after winds of up to 100mph hit the region

Police are advising against all non-essential travel on Merseyside this afternoon - as Storm Doris continues to batter the region.
The force is urging people to stay indoors if possible, with strong winds causing chaos on the roads and railways.
No trains are running to or from Lime Street at the moment and a number of roads are closed, mainly because of falling trees.
One incident saw a tree fall onto the roof of a car in Huyton although the driver wasn't hurt.
On Crosby Beach wind speeds of nearly 80 mph have been recorded today
Councils over the region are dealing with fallen trees in an effort to clear roads and bin collections have been suspended temporarily across in some areas.
Mersey Ferries have been suspended and there has been some disruption to bus and rail services, with some bus and rail services being rerouted
Liverpool John Lennon Airport is asking people to check with their airline directly for information around delays and cancellations.
The Port of Liverpool was closed for parts of the day as a result of safety concerns.
The wind is due to reduce throughout the evening, wind will continue to travel from a North Westerly direction until tomorrow.
The Met Office has released a warning for ice overnight owing to a drop in air temperatures.
