Excitement is building over in Basel ahead of tonight's Europa League final.

Liverpool face Spanish side Sevilla at the St Jakob stadium, with kick off at 7.45 British time. The winning team will secure themselves a place in the Champions League next season.

Thousands of Reds fans have again been leaving John Lennon Airport throughout the morning, making their way to Switzerland, while many others have travelled by land and sea.

Bafusserplatz in Basel City Centre is already a sea of Red, as it's packed with Liverpool fans soaking up the Swiss atmosphere.

Back here, the bars and pubs in Liverpool are expected to be packed with supporters who didn't make it out to Switzerland.

9000 fans will also pack into the Echo Arena, where the game is being shown on a giant screen.
