Police were called to a store on Broadway on the 28th December - after a 38-year-old man suffered cuts and bruising to his face after an assault and required hospital treatment as a result
A 16-year-old boy from Clubmoor has been charged with assault and is due before Liverpool and Knowsley Magistrates Court this morning
Two other males, aged 15 from Norris Green are still being questioned by detectives in relation to the incident
