Style stakes high for Ladies Day

Around sixty thousand people are at Aintree racecourse for Ladies Day today - the second day of the Grand National Festival.

All the focus is on the fashion at Aintree this afternoon - as around 60 thousand people visit the racecourse for Ladies Day.

The stakes are high - with £43,000 worth of prizes on offer to the winner of the Style Award.

A Range Rover and shopping spree at Liverpool One will go to the man or woman judged to be the most stylish by the panel of experts.

Race wise, one of the highlights of the day is the Melling Chase - with Ruby Walsh riding favoutie Vautour.
