Steven Naismith has signed for Norwich on a three and a half year deal.

The Scot joins the Canaries for an undisclosed fee after a three and a half year stint at Everton.

He joined the Blues from Rangers in 2012, and went on to make 123 appearances, scoring 25 goals.

Naismith says "I'm very happy to have signed because now I can concentrate on the football side of things"

"Norwich have displayed class in the way they've done their business all the way through. They've shown how much they wanted me, which is great, and I'm delighted to be here"

Everton boss Roberto Martinez said: "

“Steven is a professional who needs to play and he feels at this moment in his career that he needs to be playing games and that's very respected from my point of view.

“We got a really good value out of a very good servant, he's leaving terrific memories and we wish him the very best in the future and in this new chapter of his career.”
