A police officer has been bitten during an assault in Huyton
Police have confirmed a 32-year-old woman has been arrested for assault and actual bodily harm following an incident in Huyton today at 6.30pm on Tuesday night
The woman was taken to a police station for further questioning.
The officer suffered minor injuries to their arm and attended hospital as a precautionary measure.
