Police investigating shooting in Litherland
Car was targeted on Kirkstone Road North
Police are investigating a shooting in Liverpool
Officers were called to Kirkstone Road North/Condron Road North Litherland last night, Sunday 2nd April, following reports of gunshots being heard.
Officers were called at 9.55pm and following a search of the area located a Toyota car that had damage consistent with a firearms discharge.
Nobody was in the car at the time of the incident and initial enquiries have not identified anyone that was injured as a result of this incident.
Detectives say an investigation is currently underway and house-to-house and CCTV enquiries are ongoing in the local area.
