Thousands of people have turned out to pay their respects to fallen police officer, PC Dave Phillips.
Officers from police forces across the country have followed the funeral cortege to Liverpool Cathedral, led by the pipes and drums band of the Police Service of Northern Ireland and officers from Merseyside Police’s mounted department.
PC Dave Phillips was killed after being hit by a stolen pick-up truck, whilst on duty in Wallasey last month. Follow our live blog below for updates throughout the procession and service.
