A murder investigation is underway after a man was found dead in Seacombe
57 year old Jeremy Dickinson has been formally identified after officers were called to a property on Albermarle Road
A 35-year-old man from Tranmere has been arrested on suspicion of murder. He has been taken to a police station in Merseyside to be interviewed.
A Home Office post mortem will take place to establish the cause of death.
