Over half the top 10 have an average house price of million pound

There are six roads in Merseyside that are worth more than £1million, according to a new study by Zoopla.
Two of the top six are in Formby, and another two are in Southport - and in both cases both of these roads are right next to each other!
Topping the list is the privately owned Shireburn Road in Formby, where the average house price is a staggering £1,781,022.
This is not so closely followed by Selworthy Road, Southport, which boasts an average house price of £1,202,110.

For the 13th year in a row, Kensington Palace Gardens (postcode W8) in London was identified as Britain's most expensive street, with homes there priced at nearly £29.9 million on average.
As for the rest of the list, all the other roads lay within the capital.
