Man recovering after stabbing on Bold Street

A teenager's recovering in hospital after being stabbed during an assault on Bold Street on Boxing Day
Police Officers were called at 5.40am to reports the 19 year-old man had suffered a puncture wound to the back of his left thigh following an altercation.
The man was taken to hospital for treatment. His injury is not believed to be life threatening.
An investigation is currently underway and CCTV from the local area is being examined. A section of Bold Street has been cordoned off.
Detective Inspector Terry Davies said: “The investigation is in its early stages and we are currently attempting to establish the circumstances of what happened.
“I would appeal to anyone who was in the vicinity of Bold Street around 5.30am this morning who saw anything suspicious to contact us.
