Man charged with murder following stabbing at flats in Toxteth

Police investigating a fatal stabbing at a block of flats in Liverpool have charged a man with murder.
Three people - two men and a woman - were attacked in a communal area of a building on Hillaby Close, Toxteth on Sunday 10th December.
Liam Humphreys, 28, died in hospital following the incident.
On Wednesday, Merseyside Police said another man - in his 30s - remained in a critical but stable condition in hospital, while a woman - in her 30s - was in a serious but stable condition.
Ian Scott, 37, of Hillaby Close, has also been charged with attempted murder and Section 18 assault.
He was remanded into custody to appear at Wirral Adult Remand Court today, Thursday 14th December.
