Man charged after Kirkby stabbing
A 32 year old man was injured at a house on Gaywood Avenue on Saturday morning
A man has been charged with wounding with intent after a man was stabbed at a house in Kirkby in the early hour of Saturday morning, 14 September.
Police were contacted at 4.10am to reports a 32-year-old man had been stabbed in the stomach during an altercation at a house in Gaywood Avenue.
The man was taken to hospital where he is currently in a stable condition.
Shaun Campbell, 37, of Elizabeth Road, Fazakerley, was charged with s18 wounding with intent and remanded into custody to appear at Wirral adult remand court today, Monday 16 September.
