Christopher Bell, 27, of Brodie Avenue, Mossley Hill, is wanted on recall to prison for breaching the terms of his license.
He was released on license on April 7, 2015 and recalled on 17 June 2016.
He was sentenced for eight years in 2011 for conspiracy to commit robbery.
Bell is described as a white male, 6ft 1in tall, of slim build, with red hair and blue eyes.
