The family of PC Dave Phillips are marking the one year anniversary of his death in private.

PC Phillips died after being hit by a stolen truck on the Wirral a year ago today.
His wife Jen has released a statement saying the last year has taken its toll on the family.
She said:
"Following Dave's death we were unable to properly take time out to grieve as a family and the last year has taken its toll on all of us, including my two girls.
"We fully appreciate the public and media sympathy and support that we have had since Dave was killed, he was a professional officer who died doing the job he love , and he was a devoted and loving husband, father, son and brother.
"We would like to mark Dave's anniversary as a family in private, and hope people will understand that we need this time to reflect and support each other."
