So just who is Everton's latest signing - striker Oumar Niasse?
The Sengeal forward has just become the Blue's third most expensive signing ever after joining from Locomotive Moscow for £13.5m. He's been brought in to provide support for Romelu Lukak and comes in as a replacement for Steven Naismith who was sold to Norwich for £8.5m in January.
