19 year old car thief Clayton Williams was chased through the streets of Birkenead after being spotted in the red pick up truck that he stole just hours early at Oxton Estates.
Today he was cleared of murder but found guilty of the manslaughter of the 34 year officer who was a dad to two young daughters.
