Bullet cases have been recovered after reports of a shooting close to a Bookmakers in Kensington last night
At around 6.20pm, police received calls of shots being fired close to William Hill on Boaler Street.
Armed officers attended and three spent bullet cases have been located. Nobody has been found injured and forensic, CCTV and door-to-door enquiries are ongoing as detectives seek to establish the full circumstances.
A full search of the area is ongoing and high visibility patrols will be in the Kensington area tonight to provide reassurance in the community and gather information to help the investigation.
