Boy Critical After Being Hit By Two Cars

A nine year old boy is critically ill in hospital after being by two cars on a busy Liverpool road. Emergency services were called to Walton Road around 6.50pm on Sunday evening.

A boy, who is believed to be 9-years-old (pedestrian), was in collision with two cars near to the McDonalds.

The boy has been taken to hospital.

The drivers of both vehicles stopped at the scene and are assisting police with their inquiries.

Police urged drivers to avoid the road which was closed between Royal Street and Spellow Lane.
