Boy Charged Over Pensioner Death
17 year old will appear at Youth Court charged with murder
A 17 year old boy has been charged with the murder of a pensioner in Newton-le-Willows.
71 year old Richard Percival was found dead with head injuries at a house on Dixon Avenue on Friday.
The teenager has also been charged with theft and will appear at Liverpool Youth Court on Monday.
