Borussia Dortmund will pay tribute to the victims of the Hillsborough disaster with a 96 mosaic during their visit to Anfield tomorrow

The two sides meet in their second leg of their quarter final in the Europa League - the clash falls on the eve of the 27th Anniversary of the disaster- and the final memorial service to be held at the ground

Prior to kick off the 3000 travelling supporters will hold up a yellow and black mosaic reading '96' in tribute to those who died.

The club's official website read: “A choreography with paper boards will be prepared in the away section, to provide the number of that fatalities "96" in black on yellow,” Dortmund's official website announced.

Liverpool and Dortmund share close ties, with both using ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ as anthems with Reds boss Jurgen Klopp spending seven years at Dortmund.

Last week’s first leg in Germany finished in a 1-1 draw, and was Klopp's first return to the club since announcing his departure during the 2014/15 season.
