Birkenhead Tunnel closed
It follows reports of a concern for safety of a man.

Police have confirmed that they're in attendance at the Birkenhead (Queensway) tunnel this morning.
At around 8.35am police received a report of a concern for safety of a man at the entrance to the tunnel in Liverpool.
The Queensway tunnel is closed in both directions while emergency services deal with the incident.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and take an alternative route.
Merseyside Police have thanked motorists for their patience.
