A 19 year old's been charged with murder following the death of a man in Ellesmere Port.
34 year old Lloyd Velasquez died in an incident on Summertrees Road on Wednesday night (1 May).
19 year old Ben Ruddock, of Kendal Drive in Ellesmere Port, was arrested in the Halewood area of Merseyside at around 1.35am on Thursday (2 May).
He's since been charged with murder and has been remanded in custody to appear at Crewe Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (4 May).
Two other men - both from Ellesmere Port - who were both arrested on suspicion of murder remain in police custody.
