We're hearing thousands of people in Liverpool, most at-risk of catching severe Covid, STILL haven't had a single vaccine.

It comes after new Health Secretary Sajid Javid confirmed all lockdown measures will end on July 19th.

A big drive is underway to offer ALL adults in England a first dose by then -and around three quarters a second one.

Fiona Lemmens is a GP she says she hopes the new vaccine hub on the waterfront will help them reach the people who haven't come forward yet :

" I think we've got about twenty four thousand people in the city who are either over fifty or in one of the high-risk groups who still haven't come forward for a first dose.

"So places like this we are hoping will make it much easier for them to come forward and get vaccinated because it's never too late".
