13 year old suffers leg injury after accident in Wallasey

A teenage boy is recovering after he was hit by a car on Wallasey yesterday afternoon.

A report was received at around 4.25pm that a car had collided with a 13-year-old male pedestrian at the junction of Liscard Road and Martins Lane.

Emergency services attended and the male was taken to hospital with a leg injury described as non-life threatening.

The driver stopped at the scene to assist with enquiries.
