The 10 most popular gigs of 2016 in Liverpool have been revealed

This year venues in and around Liverpool have played host to some fantastic gigs from Creamfields at Daresbury to Little Mix at the Echo Arena but which were the most popular gigs of 2016?

The survey asked 85 million fans around the world what their most popular live event was and according to the research by Ticketmaster Creamfields topped the list in Liverpool with Nickleback in second place.

When it came to the national results Creamfields also appeared at number six.
