As the world continues to progress on a return to normality following the pandemic, there are stark warnings about the impact of Covid-19 on people's wellbeing.
With one in nine of us say that their mental health has got significantly worse over the past year - a local mental health charity is raising awareness.
Jack Moore is from East Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire MIND, he said:
“It can be down to lots of reasons such as social connections, facing some uncertainty in terms of what their future looks like. There’s also things like employment which plays such a huge part in our mental health and wellbeing.
“The last few years have affected everyone, not just those experiencing poor mental health. Those that were struggling pre-pandemic are also probably struggling a lot more.
“At MIND, we have some specialist services like helping people to find employment or if they’re struggling with their mental health at work, then we can work with them to ensure that they don’t lose their jobs.”
