One hundred days on from major flooding at Fiskerton near Lincoln and people affected there are calling for better protection.

Today a coffee morning's been taking place for anyone who has been impacted.

Short Ferry Road there remains closed and there's still significant surface water.

Rob Hardman owns the Tyrwhitt Arms there and says it's been a nightmare:

"All the businesses here are suffering, the local farmers are suffering, they've lost this years crop.

"I heard someone say they are 100% down. They are more that that because they've also lost the crop they already had had in the fields. So they've got no income.

"We've still got a little bit of income as people can get to us one way.

"It's really horrible, it really is."

Henry Ward is a farmer there - he tells us the impact on his land:

"200 arable acres I've got here - house and yard completely underwater still.

"We've been underwater in one part or another since the end of October."

The Government has previously said its investing significant sums in flood prevention projects.
