Lincolnshire's new re-elected Police and Crime Commissioner has been setting out his priorities.

Mark Jones secured another term following the vote last week.

He'll be in charge of overall strategy for the force as well as finance and hiring of the Chief Constable.

We've been speaking to him following his victory last week.

Marc Jones says his priority areas will be ensuring an extra police presence, tackling repeat offending, recruitment and providing better protection for victims.

He's also to keen to tackle the issue of drugs particularly Mamba and Spice.

Mr Jones says the force has made significant inroads into ensuring drugs and suppliers have been taken off the streets of Lincolnshire.

He's also worked to get those psychoactive drugs moved up to being class A.

His first task will be to decide how to best use new recruits the force has recently taken on.
