Friends and family can now meet outdoors.
Groups of up to six, or two households can socialise in gardens and parks as well as in private gardens.
The "stay at home" order has been lifted.
Outdoor activities like golf and football can also resume.
It means some of Lincolnshire and Newark's leisure venues can partly reopen.

The outdoor swimming pool at Jubilee Park in Woodhall Spa is back open.
Manager Joseph Stanhope said it's been a difficult time for them but their midnight swims have received a lot of bookings already.
Meanwhile Magna Vitae which runs fitness centres in Skegness and Louth says measures like mask wearing and one way systems will be in place.
And Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust is welcoming back visitors to their nature reserves.
However they're concerned if large numbers go there it could disturb wildlife.
