Man from Holbeach area arrested after fatal collision
A 20-year-old woman died after being taken to hospital in a critical condition
A 28-year-old man from the Holbeach area has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
A 20-year-old woman died after a collision between a car and motorbike on Sunday on the B1168 New River Gate.
She's been named as Amy Cooper from the Whaplode drive area.
Her family have asked that their privacy is respected.
The man arrested remains in custody.
On Sunday 13th November Police were called to reports that a grey BMW 3 series estate had been in collision with a green Kawasaki motorcycle in the B1168 New River Gate in Holbeach at 4.59pm.
The rider of the motorbike was taken to hospital, but she later died.
Her family is being supported by specially trained officers.
