UPDATED: Man charged with murder of man in Skegness

The 33 year old is due in court tomorrow.

A 33 year-old man has been charged with the murder of a man in Skegness.

It's after a 37 year-old died in hospital - following a collision between a van and two pedestrians in Everington's Lane on 10th November

The man has also been charged with grievous bodily harm and robbery - he's due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates Court tomorrow.

The other pedestrian - a 20 year old man suffered serious injuries that are not thought to be life threatening.

Detective Chief Inspector Richard Myszczyszyn, of East Midlands Special Operations Unit, said: “We would like to thank everyone who has helped with our investigation so far. We are very grateful for the support and information we have received. As the family continue to process the devastating loss of Jimmy, we ask that their privacy be respected.”
