Man charged after crash killed child in Nocton

The charges follow an investigation into a collision on Metheringham Heath Lane

A man from Branston has been charged after a crash in Nocton which killed a seven year old child.

Lincolnshire Police confirmed 39-year-old Veselin Dudenski is accused of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

The charges follow an investigation into a collision on Metheringham Heath Lane, Nocton on Friday, 3 January 2025.

He is due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court in October.
