Man arrested on suspicion of murder following death in Lincoln
The body of 69 year old John Connelly was found a week ago.
A man's been arrested on suspicion of murder following a death in Lincoln.
The body of 69 year old John Connelly was found on Portland Street exactly a week ago.
Now officers are questioning a 26 year old man.
He remains in custody.
He's also been arrested on suspicion of shop theft and aggravated burglary.
Meanwhile underwater search teams are continuing investigations in the Portland Street area.
A police statement says:
We continue to ask for witnesses to come forward with information.
