Matt King from Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue spoke to us about how crews tackled the fire:

"The fire was under control by about 8pm last night. Because of the structure of the building we've not been able to get near to it yet but there will be an investigation once it' safe to do so - to get the root cause of what happened and why.

"Our focus has been purely on putting the fire out at this stage."
