Inspectors have raised concerns about how Lincolnshire Police keeps vulnerable children safe.

It says improvements have been made, but further changes are needed.

These include child abuse image cases not progressing, or being closed too soon.

Inspector Zoe Billingham says officers aren't gathering and recording children's views enough, which affects a third of domestic abuse incidents involving youngsters.

Lincolnshire Police says it welcomes the report and recognises areas that need further development.

Martyn Parker says the force has robust plans in place to deliver the best service.
