A Lincoln school will have Police presence for the rest of the day
it's after it was put into lockdown earlier
Police are continuing their presence outside a school in Lincoln after they went into lockdown earlier over what's being called suspicious activity near to school grounds.
Armed officers were deployed after receiving reports of two youths nearby with one carrying what was thought to be an air rifle.
In a message on social media St Peter and St Paul Voluntary Academy said they were advised by Officers to go into lockdown around 9.30am and they came out of it around 10.30am
The statement continues saying all staff are safe and well
So far no arrests have been made and no weapons found...
