We've spoken to Mohammed, a reporter in Afghanistan who has family in Lincoln.
He tells us one of his friends and colleagues recently died.
"I'm really shocked, I really feel unhappy and heartbroken.
"We lost one active and young journalist, unfortunately, in Afghanistan every day we are losing our colleagues.
"Afghanistan is the most dangerous place for journalists.
"Somehow we are working in this situation and we will try and save colleagues and our family."
