Happy Lincolnshire Day.
Today we're celebrating all the best things our great county has to offer.
From the castle and cathedral, to the coast, to the Red Arrows.
But many argue the best thing about the county is the food, in particular, the good old Lincolnshire Sausage.
We sent Aaron Renfree down to find out what goes into Lincolnshire's favourite export.
Tim Williamson is from Stations Butchers in Woodhall Spa, where the Lincolnshire Sausage is his best selling product!
"Sage is the main herb that goes into it, along with other spices, pepper, salt, nutmeg, mace goes in.
"Locals are very proud of the food they like.
"You ask any Lincolnshire person and they'll rate the sausage massively along with all the top things we've got in this county."
