they're raising money for MIND
Five friends from Lincoln will be walking 28 miles from Donna Nook to Skegness to raise money for Mental Health charity MIND.
They're hoping to do in within 12 hours, and will be starting out nice and early tomorrow morning.
Lydia Steiner - organised the walk " we are walking for MIND charity to raise money for mental health. It's something that we're all really passionate about and we think is obviously an important issue at the moment in the world. So it's something that we wanted to do our part"
She continues: " we wanted to do somewhere that's quite iconic in Lincolnshire - and everyone knows Skegness beach. We wanted to do a walk that was scenic and that we would all enjoy"
They're also being sponsored for the walk by a local business Jappy Jars.
Shannon Brown is one of the team talking on the walk: "It's a great charity so it's good to raise money for them. I quite like walking anyway but I've never done 28 miles before so we'll see how that goes!".
