There are fears people travelling long distances to get to Lincolnshire's seaside resorts may be putting others at risk.
The weekend saw significant numbers going to Skegness, Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes.
It many cases they broke the guidance to stay local for exervicse.
Cleethorpes Councillor Kathryn Wheatley says it's not worth the risk.
