As Parliament's recalled to debate the ongoing situation in Afghanistan, we're hearing from a father and daughter in Lincoln who fear for their families lives.

"The Taliban haven't changed, they are the same as they were before"

Izatullah Ehsani fled from the country and told us the Taliban killed many of his friends and family.

"A lot of my family, their life hangs on a thread and a lot of them don't know what will happen to them.

"The Taliban are not human, I can tell they world, and we don't know what's going to be next."

"A terrorist group is running my country"

13-year-old Zohra says her mum's always crying because she fears for her sisters and parents.

"I mostly feel bad for the sisters in Afghanistan.

"They have no freedom whatsoever, they have no rights at all, it's completely unfair.

"It's really bad what's happening there, it's absolutely disgusting."
