A report by the All-Parliamentary Group for 'left behind' neighbourhoods shows the devastating impact for those living in deprived areas - with mental health being the biggest issue.

Nunsthorpe in Grimsby is rated one of the most deprived areas in the country - with the quality of health taken into consideration.

We've been taking a look at the health inequalities people in the worst affected areas are facing.

Sleepless nights and panic attacks are just a couple of things one dad of three from Grimsby is going through due to little income.

This man got help at Centre 4 in Grimsby after experiencing mental health problems due to financial hardship, he said:

"I got a loan out to do my class one licence, I didn’t have enough to re-do the test. You just get to the point where it beats you and I felt beaten.

"We've got to use foodbanks, sometimes, we're down to nothing in the freezer or in the cupboards and we could have four or five days without no gas or electricity.

"The panic attacks, the sleepless nights and just the feeling that you're letting everyone down. You just feel a bit pathetic."
