A man from the Saxilby area's been jailed for life for stabbing a grandfather to death and trying to hide his body.
Rolandas Karbauskas from School Lane, in Broadholme attacked 58-year-old Saulius Badgziunas with a knife in his garden in March this year.
The 48-year-old then dragged him behind a shed, before his family found him.
The jury heard how a family friend found Mr Badgziunas lying on his back behind the garage and initially believed he had fallen ill.
Paramedics who responded to a 999 call were unable to save the father-of-one, who was found to have suffered a 20cm stab wound to the back.
Today at Lincoln Crown Court Karbauskas was given a life sentence and told he must serve at least 18 years.
Karbauskas, who listened to his case through a Lithuanian interpreter, was found guilty of murder after a two week trial.
The jury returned the verdict on Wednesday (9th November) after just under ten hours of deliberations.
